First of all, Happy BIrthday to Ms. Pui Ji!!
Share with us how u celebrate ur birthday le! what surprise u had?

There was 1 night when i was studying in room with my roomie n her bf, about 12am ++, suddenly got ppl knock the door. We were quite shocked cos it was so late. I opened the door n guess wat i saw??

There was bout 8 guys standing there....n surprisingly 2 guys were 'naked'....hmm...holding dustbin cover to cover their "important parts". I was really shocked.
The situation was so awkward and silent for few seconds.

Then one of the 'naked' guy said "Can I have ur signature on my body?"

Then only i realized these guys are 'celebrating' birthday for these two poor guys.

next time, we do this for A Ho! hohoho!!

Okey guys I knows this sounds a little bit stupid.
But please choose a date that you guys are free from the following k.
If not liddat our gathering sure tak jadi again one...
We'll choose the best time that suits everyone.

A 27-29 NOV (27th is a public holiday for M'sia)

C 11-13 Dec (11th public holiday for selangor)
D 18-20 Dec (18th public holiday - awal muharam)
E 25-27 Dec (25th-Christmas)

Please choose the dates that you're comfortable with and will do the planning later.
We might extend our trip/gathering and it might not be a weekend too.

Hey guys...why suddenly so quite already?
Btw just dropping a message to see how's the gathering going.

Court case

MALACCA: A 28-year-old man was jailed five years and fined RM12,000 for causing the death of two best friends in a road accident three years ago.
Magistrate Mohd Fairus Johari imposed the sentence on Ng Hann Biau who was convicted for reckless driving that resulted in the deaths of STPM top scorers Edmond Lee Wenn Jia and Oh Teck Chuen on April 23, 2006.
Lee and Oh, both 20, were killed when Ng crashed his car into the motorcycle they were on along Jalan Laksamana Cheng Ho at about 1am. Also killed in the accident was Ng's friend Siow Kok Leong, 23, who was in the passenger seat.
When met outside the court, family members of Lee and Oh said they were satisfied that justice was meted out to Ng.
Oh's mother Lye Mei Yong, 57, who was unable to hold back her emotions, said the family can now put the ordeal behind them.
"When the trial started, some of my friends told me not to bother with it as they had no confidence in the courts.
"However, I am glad to see for myself that the country's justice system works," she said.
However, Lee's father Heng Hwa, 55, said attempts by both families to rebuild their lives would have to be put on hold pending a High Court appeal filed by Ng's lawyer Azrul Zulkifli Stork.
"Nothing can replace the loss of our sons but we are satisfied that justice was served," he added.
Prosecution was handled by prosecuting officer Chief Insp Shanizan Shaman.

（马六甲11日讯）3年前因一宗交通意外，夺走三条大好青年人命的华裔肇祸司机，被地庭法官判坐牢5年，罚款1万2000令吉及吊销执照3年。 被告因不服判决，通过辩护律师阿兹鲁祖基菲向高庭上诉。

控状指出，被告黄汉彪（译音，28岁），住玛琳再也，控状指他于2006年4月23日凌晨1时10分，在市区郑和将军路肇祸，造成3人死亡，死者包括胡德权（20岁）、李汶家（20岁）及车内一名乘客萧国良（译音，23岁）。

被告是触犯1987年陆路交通法令第41（1）条文（1999年修正）危险疏忽驾驶导致他人死亡。

吊销驾照生效

在此控状下，罪名一旦成立，可判坐牢至少2年，最高10年，罚款5000至2万令吉不等，以及吊销驾照。

地庭法官为莫哈末汉鲁惹佐哈里，主控官则是沙礼占首席警长。

阿兹鲁祖基菲律师过后受询时说，他已向高庭提出上诉，1万2000令吉的罚款，已由被告的双亲缴付，3年吊销驾照由今天开始生效，至于坐牢5年刑罚，须等待上诉高庭的判决才能决定。

死者胡德权的母亲赖美云（56岁，家庭主妇）及父亲胡心宝（57岁，商人），以及李汶家的父亲李兴华（55岁，退休人士）在法庭外受访时说，他们对法庭的判决感到满意，认为法庭的判决公平。

不过，他们却对肇祸的司机及其家属感到不满，因为至今为止，他们仍未向他们（死者家人）道歉。
